Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 lb. minced beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb. uncooked pasta
- 1 lb. tomato pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Add cooking oil to hot pressure cooker. Add minced beef and brown. Add chili, salt, garlic and onions, stir, brown. Add wine, basil, pasta sauce and broth. Sprinkle in pasta and push beneath liquid. Secure lid, bring to steady pressure and cook 6-7 minutes Leave to normalize and remove lid. Serve hot with sprinkled Parmesan.
Cooking Tips: Make sure pasta is separated so it doesn't stick while cooking Break in half long spaghetti pasta so it fits easier.
Variations:
Replace minced beef with minced chicken, replace basil with 1 teaspoon each fresh chopped sage, thyme and rosemary
