- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 4 (4-oz.) boneless loin pork chops
- Non-aerosol cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a shallow dish, combine egg and lemon juice. In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, lemon zest and basil. Dip chops in egg mixture then dredge in breadcrumbs. Place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.
