Ingredients
- 4-14 pcs fish, cut thinly
- 2 Tbsp good quality Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Schug
- generous shake Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin
- juice of 1 lemon
- 16 oz Tomato Sauce
- 16 oz Water
- 16 oz Chickpeas, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a medium-sized pot. When oil is hot, add spices and seasoning. Mix together taking care not to burn them. It will have the texture of a paste.
Add a can tomato sauce then refill that can with water and pour in as well. mix the liquid well with the paste and bring to a boil.
Put the fish pieces carefully in the pot. It's okay if the pieces end up one on top of another. Place the chickpeas on top of the fish.
Cover the pot and let simmer for 20min-3hrs till the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
