Ingredients
- 4 cups green cucumbers
- 4 cups - chopped onion (she buys 2 bottles of sweet pickled onions & drain them well)
- 2 large cauliflower
- 3 sweet red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup coarse salt
- 8 cups water

Step 1
6cups vinegar
5 cups sugar
2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp turmeric
1 cup flour
Cut vegetables into small pieces, put in bowl, add salt and water. Let stand 24 hours. Combine sauce ingredients and bring to boiling point. Add vegetables (drained and well rinsed). Simmer 10 minutes
(You can also add 4 cups green tomatoes, if u like)
