Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 12 cups water
- 2 tablespoon Beef Flavor Instant Bouillon and Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/2 (1-pound) package AMERICAN BEAUTY Ditalini
- 1 (10-oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

Step 1
Cook AMERICAN BEAUTY Ditalini as package directs; drain. In large saucepan, over medium heat, brown sausage; pour off fat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. Add water, bouillon and basil. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes longer or until AMERICAN BEAUTY Ditalini are tender, adding spinach during last 5 minutes of cooking time.
