Ingredients

  • 1- 3/3 /4 oz package vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c self-rising flour
  • 3 T softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 8oz pakage cream cheese
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 3 T peach juice
  • 1 lg can peaches (drained)
  • sugar and cinnamon to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour and pudding mix, cut in butter until well blended. Add egg and stir until ball of dough forms. Press dough evenly in baking dish, high on sides. Pour drained peaches in. In bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar and peach jucie. Beat to creamy consistency. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325 for 30 to 45 mins, until curst is golden brown.
