Popcorn Bars

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups M&Ms
• 1 cup peanuts
• 12 cups popcorn (we used 2 pop-up bags)
• 8 oz. min marshmallows
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup canola oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions
Add M&Ms, peanuts and popcorn to a large bowl and set aside.
Add marshmallows, butter and oil to a medium pot and cool on medium heat until marshmallows are melted.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. Pour over popcorn and M&Ms and mix well.
Spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Let set for 1-2 hours.
Cut into bars and ENJOY!
