  • Filling:
  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Batter:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.
For batter:
Combine water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla in bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients; add to liquid mixture.
Spoon about 2 tsp of batter into greased mini-muffin cups. Top with 1 tsp of filling.
Bake 350 for 18-23 minutes.
