3 lb pork
1/4 ketchup
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/4 cup hoisoin sauce
1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

put in bag with pork and marinate for 24 hours. Place in foil dried pan. Cook at 375 F for 45 minutes turning and pasting once.

Can be frozen and re heated. Can be served hot or cold.
