Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 3 pounds shrimp
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/2 Tbl rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tsp ginger guice (grate ginger and squeeze out juice)
- 4 tsp Tobasco sauce
- 4 tsp oyster sauce
- 4 tsp sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients, stir to combine.
Add shrimp and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Shake excess marinade from shrimp and thread onto skewers.
Grill for 1-2 minutes each side, until shrimp is opaque and cooked through. Serve immediately.
