Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 3 pounds shrimp
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-1/2 Tbl rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1 tsp ginger guice (grate ginger and squeeze out juice)
  • 4 tsp Tobasco sauce
  • 4 tsp oyster sauce
  • 4 tsp sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine marinade ingredients, stir to combine.

Add shrimp and refrigerate 15 minutes.

Shake excess marinade from shrimp and thread onto skewers.

Grill for 1-2 minutes each side, until shrimp is opaque and cooked through. Serve immediately.
