Ingredients
- 5 1/2 to 6 cups plums/peaches
- (I used 3+ cups plums, 2 1/2 cups peaches)
- 2 pouches liquid pectin
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 11 cups sugar
- 1/4 tea. Allspice
- 1/4 tea. Cloves

Preparation
Step 1
Combine fruits, sugar and lemon juice in pot. Bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Stir in fruit pectin at once. Bring to a rolling boil and stirring constantly boil one minute.
Process in hot water bath 10 minutes.
