Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 to 6 cups plums/peaches
  • (I used 3+ cups plums, 2 1/2 cups peaches)
  • 2 pouches liquid pectin
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 11 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tea. Allspice
  • 1/4 tea. Cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Combine fruits, sugar and lemon juice in pot. Bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Stir in fruit pectin at once. Bring to a rolling boil and stirring constantly boil one minute.

Process in hot water bath 10 minutes.
