Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/3 cups sugar
- 1/4 cups butter
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cups brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all topping ingredients in a bowl together. Set aside.
Cream sugar and butter gradually. Beat in egg. Mix together remaining ingredients and spoon into 8x8 roasting pan. Sprinkle on brown sugar topping and bake at 375 F for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
Serve with scrambled eggs and ham.
