Ingredients
- 1/2 lb sirloin steak chopped to 1/8
- 1/4 cups of mazola
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 green peppers
- 1/4 cups of soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cups of beef boullion
- 1 can chestnuts (sliced)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold h20

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil, add garlic, salt, ginger, pepper until garlic is golden. Add steak; brown 2 minutes. Remove and add green peppers onions and cook for 3 minutes. Return meat rest of ingredients and simmer about 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
