Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbls sesame oil
- 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger

Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Use as a marinade, glaze or pour over cooked meat and vegetables. To thicken up the sauce, mix 1 Tbls of cornstarch with 1 Tbls of water. Whisk into sauce. Heat for about 3 minutes to thicken.
