Curry powder is actually a blend of up to 20 different spices, herbs and seeds. For a spicier curry dish, choose Madras curry powder. Curry powder can lose its pungency after long storage. For best flavor, keep it in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 2 months.
STORAGE KNOW-HOW
Wrap raw cauliflower well in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Once
cooked, cauliflower can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/3 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds

Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix oil, curry powder, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add cauliflower; toss to coat.
PLACE in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil.
BAKE 15 min. Add almonds; mix lightly. Bake, uncovered, an additional 10 to 15 min. or until cauliflower is lightly browned and almonds are toasted.
