Suzanne’s Cheese Spread with Chutney

Ingredients
- 6 servings
- 340 g (or 12 oz) cream cheese (regular or lite)
- 212 g (or 2 cups) Monterey Jack cheese
- 212 g (or 2 cups) Cheddar cheese
- 0.25 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.25 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic (I omit)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 T cooking sherry
- 1 T mayonnaise
- 1 T sour cream (or sometimes I just add another 1 T of mayonnaise)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2-3 T mango chutney

Preparation
Step 1
1. Blend all ingredients up to the green onions and chutney in a food processor with the metal blade (I do not shred the cheese; just cut into chunks)
2. Spread cheese spread on a flat platter.
3. Spread with chutney.
4. Sprinkle with green onions.
5.Serve with miniature pumpernickel bread, rice crackers or other interesting crackers.
