Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 1 c. medium-diced onion
- 2 1/2 T. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. Fontina cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/2 lb. dry ziti, cooked
- 1/4 lb. bacon, cooked & diced
- 2 links sweet Italian sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 c. sliced pepperoni minis
- 1 (15 oz) can pizza sauce
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 1/2 t. dried oregano

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Melt butter over medium heat in saucepan. Add onions & saute until translucent. Stir in the flour & saute for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the milk, stirring constantly - heat until thickened & nearly simmering. Reduce the heat to low & add the Fontina, Parmesan, salt & pepper. Stir until the cheese has melted & then remove the pan from the heat.
Add the cheese sauce, ziti, bacon, sausage, pepperoni & pizza sauce. Stir until all the ingredients are combined. Place the mixture into a 2 1/2- 3 qt. casserole dish & top with Mozzarella & oregano.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly & the cheese is golden brown.
