1 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
Dash of salt

Step 1

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla.
Stir in flour and dash of salt
Spread in three buttered pie pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar while warm. Can freeze on paper plates in gallon ziplock plastic bags.
