Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 c. cubed ham
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 12 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Put cheese in a 9 by 11-inch pan.
Pour melted butter evenly over cheese.
Add ham.
Mix milk, salt, pepper, and mustard.
Pour half of milk mixture over cheese and ham.
Add eggs that have been slightly beaten with fork.
Pour rest of milk mixture over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
