Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 1//2 cups Hot water
- 3 1/2 Tblsp. Saf instant yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tblsp. salt
- 7 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together in 4 quart bowl sugar, oil hot water, and yeast; let rise for 10 minutes.
Then add:
eggs, salt and flour
The dough will be sticky when you pour it out on the counter.
Make sure your counter is floured before pouring out the dough.
Cut into 4 balls, then roll each ball out with a rolling pin.
Then cut into 8 pie shape pieces to roll into a cresant.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Bake @ 350 degree oven.
