Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped chicken
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup italian salad dressing
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed corn flakes

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Saute onion and mushrooms until soft. Add chicken to mixture. Turn into 1-1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top.
2. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes.
