Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (or Neufchatel), softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves
- Sifted powder sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, & butter on med. speed until fluffy. Add flour, eggs, milk, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, & salt. Beat for 2 minutes until well mixed. Beat in remaining flour on low speed, until mixed. Spread batter evenly in a greased & floured 13x9x2 pan. Spoon preserves in 8-10 portion on top of batter. With a knife, swirl to marble.
Bake @ 350 degrees F for 30-35 mn or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly. Then sift powdered sugar on top. Cut into squares; serve warm.
