Ingredients
- 1/2 ground pepper (diced)
- 1 med onion (chopped)
- 1 1/3 cups minute rice
- 1 lb lean ground beef

Preparation
Step 1
Melt fat in frying pan. Add ground beef grin pepper and onion. Stir in Minute Rice. Stir over heat until lightly browned. Add 2 1/2 oz cans tomato sauce, 1 1/2 cups of hot water, pepper 1 tsp salt. Mix well. Bring to boil, simmer uncovered app 10 min.
