Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
- 1 cup (250 ml) flour
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) baking powder
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) milk
- 2 cup (500 ml) chopped fruit

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a 8" oven prong casserole. Set aside. In a small bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, quickly stir the milk into flour to form the batter. Then spoon batter over the melted butter. Top with fruit. Do not stir. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.
