Ingredients

  • 4 oz. wide egg noodle
  • 8 oz. package of cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 T sugar
  • salt
  • 1/2-3/4 c. raisins
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles in boiling water according to package, drain and rinse with warm water. Soften cheese and butter at room temperature. Heat milk, but do not boil. Add Cheese and butter and mix well. Blend beaten eggs with noodles, milk mixture, sugar, and raisins. Mixure will be watery. Pour into 9x13x2-inch pan. Sprinkle corn flakes over top; mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over corn flakes. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
