Ingredients
- 2 1/2 (600 ml) whipping cream
- 3/4 cup shallots
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary (ground)
- 1 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp white pepper
- 4 /lb potato
- 2 cups grated white sharp cheddar

Step 1
Grease pan - Slice potatoes 3/4 cup cheese, potato, mix all.
Pour ingredients and rest of cheese into pan. Bake for 1 hour and then cover the top in tinfoil. Then for 45 minutes cook covered at 375 F.
