Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups pine nuts
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temp
  • 1 cup hot pepper jelly (pref red)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 5 oz (approx 1 1/4 cups) cheddar cheese grated
  • sliced bread crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 550 toast pine nuts for 8 minutes.
Combine everything else in a food processor (1/2 cups jelly) blend till smooth. Line bottom of 7"pan and place parchment paper. Spray sides with nonstick spray. Add cheese then refrigerate for 2 minutes.
Spread remaining jelly on top; sprinkle pine nuts. Can complete to this point in 24 minutes.
To serve coil foil away.
