Ingredients
- 3 cups macaroni shells
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 10-12 parsley sprigs, stems removed
- 1 scallion, cuut into 1 in. pieces
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced italian salami, cut into strips
- 6 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook shells according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water and place in a medium bowl. Put oil and garlic in container of blender or food processor; process until garlic is pureed. Add parsley, scallion, oregano, basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Process until parsley is finely chopped. Pour dressing over shells and toss to coat. Add salami and cheese and toss again. refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with breadsticks.
