Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. hot water
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Step 1
Dissolve cocoa in 1 hot water. Add oil, then blend in powdered sugar. If needed, add more sugar to thicken or water to thin for desired consistency. Spoon over cake.
