Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 4 tbs water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbs white wine vinegar
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

1. Place cucumbers in colander and sprinkle with salt, stir to evenly coat. Let drain over sink for 30 minutes. Rinse
2. In medium bowl combine yogurt, water and garlic. Add cucumbers; stir. Add vinegar and oil; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
