Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb veal steaks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 flour
- 1/4 oil
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 green pepper
- 1 100z can chicken broth
- 1/4 lb mushroom sliced
- 1 tbsp butter

Step 1
Combine , salt, paprika, oil, lemon, garlic, mustard, nutmeg and sugar in jar. Shake and combine. Cut veal into serving pieces. Spread veal in shallow dish pour sauce over it. Let stand for 20 minutes. Remove garlic. Heat oil. Light veal from sauce dip in flour. Brown. Add onion and green pepper. Combine chicken broth remaining sauce pour over veal. Cook slowly 230 minutes. Brown mushrooms in butter add to veal. Serve on a platter surrounded by noodles and lemon wedges.
