- 3 lb pork butt
- 1 T liquid hickory smoke
- 2 T sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place pork butt in crockpot. Poke all over with fork. Rub Liquid smoke and salt over all. Set on low for 12hrs or high for 4 and then turn down. Ready when meat flakes apart. Remove from crockpot reserving some liquid. Shred meat. Add reserved liquid to moisten.
Serve on sweet buns, with BBQ sauce and coleslaw!
