  • For chicken:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) shredded chicken breast, cooked
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • For white sauce:
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup potato sticks

Instructions
In a saucepan heat olive oil. Add shredded chicken breast, worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Sesaon with salt and pepper to taste. Add cream cheese and remove from heat.
In another pan melt butter. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Little by little add milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cream cheese. Remove from heat and add mozzarella.
Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
In a baking dish spread chicken. On top spread the white sauce. Cover sauce with potato sticks.
Place baking dish in the oven for around 15 minutes.
