  • Chocolate:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 4 oz semi-sweet Bakers chocolate squares
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Step 1

Prepare cake as directed on box. Bake and let cool. Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Cut cupcakes in half and spread pudding mixture in middle. Mix the chocolate squares and Cool Whip and microwave until ALMOST smooth. Let sit until cool. Frost cupcakes and refrigerate 20 mins before serving.
