Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 Yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1 lb. can pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
- Topping:
- 1 cup cake mix (the reserved cup from above)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine, softened

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cake mix, egg, and melted butter and press into 9 x 13 glass pan.
Filling ingredients mix together until smooth and pour over crust.
Blend topping ingredients together until crumbly and sprinkle evenly over filling.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Cool and top with Whipped Cream or Cool Whip or Vanilla Ice Cream.
