Ingredients

1 lb. white chocolate
1 pkg. almonds (about 100 grams)
3 drops almond oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Toast the almonds in a 300F oven until browned. Let cool.

2. Place almonds in the bottom of an 8"x8" pan. Melt the white chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Add 3 drops of almond oil to the chocolate.

3. Pour the chocolate over the almonds. Let cool
