Ingredients
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan over medium heat, melt chips and margarine with milk and water. Cook and stir until thick - about 5 mins. Add vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or for fruit dip.
