Ingredients

  • 6 slices whole wheat bread, crust off
  • 1 lb. turkey sausage
  • 2 C grated reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 C reduced fat milk
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage, drain & crumble if needed. Set aside.
Break bread into small pieces. Place in bottom of pan or casserole dish.
Put sausage over top of bread.
Sprinkle grated cheddar on top of sausage.
Mix eggs, milk and salt. Pour over sausage mixture.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Take out 1 hour before you are ready to bake.
Bake 45 minutes at 350.
