Ingredients
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 box Betty Crocker Butter Pecan Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 can coconut pecan icing
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease bunt pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Sprinkle chopped pecans in bottom of pan.
2. Combine cake mix, eggs,oil, and water in a medium bowl, mix 2 mins until smooth. Add icing to batter. Mix well and pour into pan on top of pecans. Bake about 1 hour to 1:15 mins.
3. (Glaze)....I make a glaze of powdered sugar and milk and pour over top after I remove from pan and invert to plate so that the pecans will be on top
