Lemon-Chicken Oven Bake

• 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 chicken breasts, cut in half
• 1 pound new potatoes, quarted
• 5 cloves garlic, peeled
• 1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix dressing, broth and honey.

Place chicken, potatoes and garlic in baking dish; drizzle with dressing mixture. Add lemons.

Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is done (165 degrees) and potatoes are tender. Serve lemons as a garnish for the chicken and potatoes.
