Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • minced dried parsley, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl combine beef, salsa, bread crumbs, cheese, egg and garlic. Add parsley, salt and pepper as desired.

Bake in a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan for 45 minutes.

Servings: 6.
