Ingredients
- 3 lb. fresh Ontario berries, washed, hulled and cut in half (1.35 kg)
- 2 cups full fat sour cream (500 ml)
- 1 cup full fat yogurt 3 - 5 % butterfat (250 ml)
- 6 tbsp light grade A pure Canadian maple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
1. Divide the strawberries evenly among serving dishes.
2. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, yogurt and maple syrup.
3. Pour the cream over the berries and serve.
