Ingredients
- 2 1/8 C flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 12 T butter (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 C milk chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. 2. Grab 2 (9 or 10 inch) round cake pans. Trace the bottom of the pans onto parchment paper. Cut the parchment paper out and place it in the bottom of the pans. Spray the sides generously with cooking spray. 3. In a small bowl combine the flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside. 4. In a medium sized mixing bowl melt the butter. Add the sugars and stir to combine. Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla. Stir until well combined. 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Stir until combined. 6. Press the dough into the cake pans. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Watch them carefully, you don't want to over bake. 7. Remove the pans from the oven and allow them to cool completely. 8. Invert the cookie pizzas onto a serving platter, plate or cutting board. Slice them into triangles with a sharp knife. Serve with ice cream and chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
