Ingredients
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 TB non-dairy creamer powder

Step 1
Combine ingredients thoroughly. Store in covered container at room temperature to use within 90 days.
Makes 1-1/3 cups mix or 8 servings.
TO USE THE MIX:
2/3 cup pudding mix
2 1/2 cups milk
3 TB butter or margarine, melted
2 tsp vanilla
Put everything through blender on high speed till smooth (about 1 min) and pour into 1 1/2 qt saucepan cooking over med-high heat. Stir constantly until smooth and thickened, usually at 1st sign of a bubble. Remove from heat at once.
Divide between 4 serving dishes. Serve warm or cold. (2/3 cups equals 3 oz box store-bought mix.)
This is not instant pudding.
