Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins or goji berries
  • 1/2 cup boiled water
  • 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

In a glass dish soak the raisins or goji berries in the boiled water, until water is cool.
Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Press into a pan, cover and keep refrigerated.
Great after a workout or as a mid afternoon snack!
