Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 tbs garlic, minced
- 2 tsp chipoltes in adobo, minced
- 1 bottle Bock beer (12 oz)
- 1/2 cup apple cider or juice
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs worchestershire suace
- 1 tbs prepared yellow mustard
- 1 tsp celery seed, ground
- 1 tbs lemon joice
- salt/pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Sweat onion, garlic, chipotles in oil in saucepan over med heat; cook until onions are soft, about 5 min.
Add beer, cider, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, worch, mustard, celery seed. Increase heat to high, bring to boil and reduce to 1.5 cups, 15-20 min.
Stir in lemon juice, salt, pepper.
