Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- Salt
- 1/2-1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package Good Seasons dressing mix, dry
- Sliced black olives
- Cheddar cheese, diced
- 1 10-oz package frozen peas, partially defrosted

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice with water and salt, drain well, and cool.
Mix mayonnaise and salad dressing mix in large bowl. Add rice and remaining ingredients, toss lightly with a fork.
Let sit overnight to marinate.
