  • 1 red pepper, minced
  • 1/2 cracker meal
  • 1/4 c honey mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Step 1

1) heat broiler. in bowl combine crab meat, red pepper and cracker meal. in separate bowl. whisk together honey mustard, eggs, cilantro and salt. stir gently into crab meat mixture to combine. shape into tablespoon size patties and place on broiler pan. broil 10 minutes, turning once or until crispy and browned
