Ingredients
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 4 slices turkey breast deli style
- Can serve with applesauce.

Preparation
Step 1
Place 1/4 cup cheese onto each tortilla, the veggies, and a slice of turkey
Place flat in a sauté pan. When cheese begins to melt, roll up the tortilla. Cut in half if desired.
